I'm Robert Wynwood, otherwise known as Bob.

 

I have lived on the North West Coast of Tasmania for all of my life, enjoying everything that Tassie has to offer, such as fishing for fresh seafood and exploring our beautiful coastlines. When I completed my schooling years, I worked towards becoming a Diesel Mechanic. I have moved through various roles throughout this career, ranging from working on highway trucks through to building mining equipment. One thing that my career as a Diesel Mechanic has allowed me to do is build a broad social network. 

 

Throughout the past 16 years, I have always had a strong passion and keen interest in the property market where I have actively bought and sold property right here on the north west coast of Tasmania. Many of these properties have including projects which included large renovations that my wife and I completed as well as new builds that I have been actively involved in from start to finish. This has allowed me to build a reliable foundation of knowledge through my own personal experience. For my family and myself, property has allowed us to achieve our goals, as well as being very fortunate to always have somewhere to call home.

 

Following my passion for property has led me to becoming a licensed real estate professional and enrolling and completing a Buyer's Agent Course, learning from the best Buyer's agents in Australia. Not only do i want to help people get into the mrket with ease i also want others to experience the success that I have had in property. Being a Buyer's Agent particularly appealed to me because I remember how daunting it was when I purchased my first property at the age of 18. I want to use my skills and experience to help others, as well as be a source of comprehensive knowledge on the North West Tasmania property market.
